1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tt1971 ("tt1971", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://tt1971.app ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the tt1971 Platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other disciplines), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), slot and video game titles, crash games (including Aviator by Spribe), and any other games or betting markets made available on the Platform from time to time.

1.2 Supplementary Rules

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies published on the Platform, including our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version and shall prevail in any dispute regarding interpretation or meaning. tt1971 operates primarily in English for its Bangladesh-market audience and all formal communications relating to accounts, disputes, and compliance will be conducted in English.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on tt1971, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee of tt1971 or any of its technology, payment, or content partners, unless explicit written permission has been granted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tt1971 or had an account permanently closed for a terms violation without our explicit written reinstatement.
• You are registering only one account in your own name. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited.

2.1 Age Verification Process

tt1971 is required to verify the age and identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process requires you to submit at least one valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address where applicable. Documents must be current, legible, and submitted in the format specified by our verification team.

tt1971 may also request age verification at any earlier point — including immediately after registration, before a deposit is accepted, or when a pattern of play raises a concern. Failure to complete age verification within the timeframe specified by our team will result in the account being suspended until verification is completed.

2.2 Underage Account Discovery

If tt1971 discovers at any time that an account holder is under the age of 18, or was under 18 at the time of registration, the following actions will be taken immediately and without prior notice: (a) the account will be permanently suspended; (b) all pending withdrawals will be cancelled; (c) any deposits made while underage will be returned to the payment method used, net of any withdrawals already paid out; (d) any winnings accumulated while underage will be forfeited in full; and (e) the matter may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each eligible player may hold only one account on the tt1971 Platform. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date and to notify tt1971 promptly if any of your registered details change.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tt1971 will never ask for your password in any communication, including via email, live chat, or phone. If you receive any communication purportedly from tt1971 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

You must choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your tt1971 account. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your Account Settings. tt1971 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per individual, household address, IP address, device, and payment method. If tt1971 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether registered under the same or different names — all associated accounts will be suspended, any bonuses will be voided, and winnings accumulated through bonus funds may be forfeited. Duplicate accounts discovered before any withdrawal will have balances returned to the original payment method at tt1971's discretion.

3.3 Account Accuracy & Updates

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration — including but not limited to a false name, false date of birth, or false address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension. tt1971 is not responsible for failed transactions, delayed payouts, or other issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

tt1971 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the Cashier page of your account.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on tt1971 is ৳200. There is no platform processing fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which tt1971 bears no responsibility. Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your tt1971 account within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant institution.

tt1971 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or if the deposit cannot be verified as originating from a payment account in your name. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method and your account may be subject to additional verification requirements before further deposits are accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be requested once your KYC verification has been completed and approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically within 2–6 hours of approval during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bangladeshi bank transfers: Typically within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

tt1971 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. You may be charged a fee by your bank or mobile wallet provider. tt1971 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, mobile network issues, or banking system outages beyond our control. During periods of high demand or technical maintenance, withdrawal processing times may be extended; we will notify affected players by email where possible.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the tt1971 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tt1971 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Payments made in other currencies will not be accepted. All displayed odds, balances, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in BDT.

4.4 Fraud Prevention & AML

tt1971 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and financial integrity best practices. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for unusual patterns. tt1971 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the withdrawal being held pending review.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

tt1971 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion as published on the Promotions page of the Platform, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by tt1971 are subject to wagering requirements unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real-money and/or bonus-money bets that must be placed before bonus funds (and any winnings derived from bonus funds) can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion's dedicated terms page.

Wagering contribution rates vary by game type. As a general guide: sports betting wagers and most live casino games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; slot games may contribute between 50% and 100%; certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering. 5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time they are credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the bonus validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Bonus expiry periods are stated on each promotion's terms page. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.3 Bonus Abuse & Misuse

tt1971 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following behaviours are considered abuse and may result in bonus voiding, account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using bets placed at low risk (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same event on different platforms) to artificially complete wagering requirements.
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner that tt1971 determines to be inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Providing false information to claim a promotion intended for a specific group (e.g., first-deposit bonus claimed on a second account).

5.4 Promotional Changes

tt1971 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified or withdrawn after players have begun participating, tt1971 will honour the original terms for activity completed before the change took effect, to the extent reasonably practical.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the tt1971 Platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific, game-specific, or event-specific rules published elsewhere on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific or game-specific rules take precedence over these general rules for matters specific to that sport or game.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted only when the Platform returns a confirmed bet slip or confirmation reference number. Bets that are not confirmed — including bets placed during a period of technical disruption, network outage, or where the Platform displays an error — are not valid and will not be settled. tt1971 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events. In-play odds update in real time and may be suspended at any point — including immediately before or during key match events such as wickets, goals, or injury stoppages. A bet placed immediately before a suspension may be voided at tt1971's discretion if the outcome was known at the time of placement.

6.3 Manifest Errors

tt1971 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds resulting from a data feed error, a technical fault, or a human input mistake that results in prices materially inconsistent with fair market odds for that event. Where a manifest error is identified, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. tt1971 will not honour winnings based on manifest errors regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

6.4 Casino & Slots

Casino games and slot titles available on tt1971 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage and rules as certified by the respective studio. In the event of a malfunction or disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your account. Winnings from an incomplete round will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the tt1971 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in, at minimum, the suspension of your account pending investigation, and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud tt1971 or other players, including use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks on legitimate transactions, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino, or sports betting syndicate operations that exploit platform rules.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain an advantage not available to manual players.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, enhanced odds, or price discrepancies in a manner that falls outside the spirit of genuine recreational betting.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin or ownership of those funds.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its systems, databases, or other players' accounts; or introducing malicious code of any kind.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language at tt1971 staff or other players via any Platform communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your tt1971 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and that there are no open bets on your account. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your last verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by tt1971

tt1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account takeover.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery of a duplicate account linked to the same individual.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder without first exhausting our internal dispute resolution process.
• Request by a regulatory, financial intelligence, or law enforcement authority.
• A platform-wide technical issue requiring emergency account action.

Where an account is suspended rather than closed, tt1971 will communicate the reason for suspension (where legally permissible to do so) and the steps required to reinstate the account, if reinstatement is possible.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

tt1971 provides a voluntary self-exclusion tool accessible via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Self-exclusion prevents all access to betting and gaming features for the duration selected (minimum 24 hours, with permanent self-exclusion also available). Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the selected period ends. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. tt1971 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Any applicable dormancy fee and the process for reactivating a dormant account will be communicated to the account holder at the time the account is classified as dormant.

8.5 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, bonus, or any other matter, please contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance, providing your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receiving complete information. tt1971's decision on dispute matters — once all evidence has been reviewed — is final and binding.
